Resmed Gecko CPAP Mask Nasal Pads are soft gel cushions designed to help reduce skin irritation and discomfort caused by CPAP and BiLevel mask therapy. Positioned on the bridge of the nose, Gecko pads provide a protective barrier between the mask and the skin, helping to minimize pressure-related redness, soreness, and irritation. Available in Small and Large sizes, they are compatible with most nasal and full face masks.

Even a well-fitted mask can place pressure on the bridge of the nose during sleep. Gecko nasal pads help cushion this sensitive area while promoting a more comfortable mask fit. The soft gel material can also help reduce minor mask leaks around the upper nose, improving both comfort and therapy performance.
Soft, Hypoallergenic Gel Design
Made from a hypoallergenic polymer gel, Gecko nasal pads are silicone-free, latex-free, and designed for nightly use. The unique winged shape extends across the bridge of the nose and upper cheeks, creating a comfortable surface for the mask cushion and frame to rest against. No adhesives are required; simply place the pad on the nose before putting on your mask.
Easy to Clean and Maintain
Gecko nasal pads can be washed daily with mild soap and warm water. After cleaning, pat the pad dry and store it in a clean location until its next use. With proper care, each pad is designed to provide up to one month of use and should be replaced regularly as part of your routine CPAP mask maintenance.
Available Sizes
Most users will find the Small Gecko nasal pad provides the best fit. The Small pad measures approximately 3.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches high, while the Large pad measures approximately 4.2 inches wide by 2.0 inches high.
