Most Orders Ship the Same Day
We ship more than 95% of all orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). Our final shipments leave our warehouses in New Hampshire & Massachusetts at approximately 4pm Eastern each day, so Express and Overnight orders placed before 2pm will usually ship the same day. (Orders for prescription items will ship immediately once the prescription is received unless the prescription is on file prior to the order being placed.)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships we will send you tracking details via your preferred contact method (Email, Shop App, SMS). Please add our email address -- shoporder@regionalhc.com -- to your address book to ensure our emails get through to you.

International Shipping
Regional Home Care ships to all addresses within the US and US Territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.). We DO NOT ship to any other international destinations.

Post Office (PO) Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipping to PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO addresses are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Packages shipping to military addresses can only be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail is not offered to military addresses.

Shipping Carriers (UPS & USPS)
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order you'll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. Review the information below to learn more about individual shipping services and options. Shipping options may be limited on some orders depending on weight, contents, or value.

Signature Confirmation
For safety and security, we automatically include Signature Confirmation on all orders of $600 or more. In most cases we can also include signature confirmation, on request, for orders under $600. Simply email or call us after your order is placed to make your Signature Confirmation request.

Battery Shipments
Due to Federal Regulations lithium ion battery packs cannot be shipped via air unless they are contained within a device, like a CPAP machine, nebulizer or oxygen concentrator.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Information
The US Postal Service ships to most physical (street) addresses and all PO Boxes within the United States and U.S. Territories. We offer shipping via USPS First Class (5-6 Business Day Average Transit Time), USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Day Average Transit Time) USPS Priority (2-3 Business Day Average Transit Time), and USPS Priority Express which is guaranteed in 1-2 business days to most locations within the continental United States. Note: Signature confirmation is a standard feature of USPS Priority Express shipments. Upon request we can note on the package that a signature is not required. In such instances it is up to the discretion of the local postal worker whether the package can be left safely without a signature.

The US Postal Service offers deliveries at all service levels 6 days a week (M-S). Delivery on Sundays is not generally available; however during the November-December holiday season USPS does offer some package delivery service in major cities and high volume areas.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Information
UPS shipping is available to most physical (street) addresses within the United States. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping charges vary and are displayed during checkout prior to service selection. Regional Home Care offers UPS shipping at a variety service levels including UPS Ground (1-6 Business Day Transit Time), UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business Day Transit Time), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Day Transit Time), UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day Transit Time), and UPS Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery. Some service levels may not be available to all locations within these regions. The map below shows typical transit times for packages shipped via UPS Ground.

A Note About UPS Transit Times: UPS calculates package transit times based on a 5-day shipping week. Therefore a package shipped on Friday via 3 Day Select will be delivered on Wednesday and a package shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected. Please take this into account when making your shipping decisions.

A Note About UPS Shipment to Alaska & Hawaii: UPS Next Day Air shipping options are available to Hawaii and Alaska; however true "next day air" delivery IS NOT guaranteed to all locations. If your order is destined for Alaska or Hawaii and you want to confirm that your location qualifies for the UPS Next Day Air delivery guarantee please contact us prior placing your order on our site.UPS offers deliveries at all service levels 5 days a week.

For Saturday delivery, please choose the "UPS Next Day (with Saturday Delivery)" option when placing your order.
