
Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Incorrect Items & Items Damaged in Shipment
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, or if your order is damaged in shipment, we will replace it without additional charge. Please contact us within 10-days of receipt of your order to arrange replacement.
Returns & Refunds
For items purchased on RegionalHC.COM, we will accept returns within 30-days of the original ship date as long as the manufacturer's packaging has not been opened or damaged and the item is returned in salable condition. Products that have been opened are non-returnable. To submit a return, simply send your unwanted item back to the address on the bottom of your invoice, with a note of your order number, name, and reason for return.
Once we receive, inspect and approve your unopened item(s) for return we'll issue refund of the original purchase price of the item, minus a 15% restocking fee., back to your original payment account (or your store credit account if that is preferred). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In situations where a refund cannot be processed directly to the original payment account, for instance if the account was closed after the original order was placed, a refund can be offered by check. Refunds issued by check incur a 5% service fee in addition to any standard restocking fees.
Warranties
The products we sell are covered by standard manufacturer's warranties. If you are unsure of the warranty offered on a product you are purchasing we'll be happy to provide full details. If an item you purchased appears to be defective within the warranty period we will assist with repair or replacement based on the manufacturer's policies. To arrange warranty service please contact us with your name, order number, and details of the issues you're having; and a service team member will be happy to assist with troubleshooting, diagnosis, return and repair. Shipping charges may apply on some warranty issues.
