ResMed’s AutoSet algorithm adjusts to your breathing needs all night long. It raises pressure gently when it detects issues, then lowers it again for comfort. It also knows the difference between obstructive and central apneas, so you always get the right treatment.
Intelligent & Quiet Operation
The AirSense 10 runs quietly, helping you and your partner sleep peacefully. Its light sensor keeps the screen dim in the dark, so it won’t wake anyone up if you pause therapy at night. The backlight even turns off on its own to help you fall back asleep.
Built-In HumidAir Humidifier
Heated humidification makes therapy more comfortable and helps prevent dryness. The HumidAir system is built right into the device, so it’s compact and easy to use. You can adjust the humidity level from 1 to 8—or turn it off—right on the screen.
SmartStart & Auto Stop
Therapy begins as soon as you breathe into your mask. When you take the mask off, the device stops automatically within seconds. No buttons, no hassle.
Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR)
EPR makes it easier to breathe out by lowering pressure during exhalation. It adapts naturally to your breathing pattern. You can set it to three comfort levels or turn it off, depending on what feels best.
AutoRamp with Sleep Onset Detection
AutoRamp helps you drift off comfortably. It starts with a gentle, low pressure and only increases once you’re asleep, making sure your full therapy level is there when you need it most.
Slim & Heated Tubing Options
Choose between lightweight SlimLine tubing, which is 40% lighter than standard hoses, or ClimateLineAir heated tubing for added comfort. Different AirSense 10 models include one of these as standard.
Climate Control with ClimateLineAir Tubing
With ClimateLineAir tubing, the system automatically manages temperature and humidity throughout the night. It adapts to changes in your room and minimizes condensation, keeping therapy comfortable and steady.
Intelligent Therapy Tracking
The Sleep Report gives you clear feedback every morning. It shows hours of use, mask seal, leak rate, and events per hour. It can also detect central sleep apnea and Cheyne–Stokes respiration, giving your doctor valuable insights.
