PAP Machine Returns
Returning your sleep therapy equipment is simple. You may drop off your device at any Regional Home Care center by placing it in the self-service drop-off area inside the location. Before visiting, please call our Scheduling Department at 978-840-0113 ext. 9010 to confirm that your preferred center is open.
To help ensure a smooth return, please review the checklist below.
Drop-Off Instructions:
- Determine which location is most convenient for you. Click here for a list of center locations
- Call our Scheduling Department to confirm hours your preferred location is open: 978-840-0113 ext. 9010
- Bring your device to preferred Regional Home Care center
- Place it in the self-service drop-off area inside the center & fill out provided documentation
Please Include:
- AC Power Supply with Cord
- Carrying Bag
- Humidifier with Water Chamber - if your device includes a water chamber, please make sure it is empty & completely dry
Do Not Return:
- Tubing
- Masks
