Refreshing supplies–like PAP masks, filters, cannulas, and CGM sensors–regularly is essential to ensure effective and comfortable therapy, maintain hygiene, extend equipment longevity, and promote overall health and well-being. Our Supply Reorder Process ensures you have the supplies you need, when you need them without hassle or worry.
CPAP & BiPAP Therapy Resupply – When you start PAP therapy your Sleep Coach will reach out regularly to ensure you have the support you need. Our resupply team will let you know how often supplies should be replaced; and what types of replacement items you are eligible for. Our Sleep Resupply Team can be reached by calling 978-548-4140.
Suggested CPAP & BiPAP Supply Replacement Schedule:
Twice Monthly: Nasal Cushions & Pillows, and Disposable Filters
Once Monthly: Full Face Cushions
Every Three Months: PAP Mask and PAP Tubing
Every Six Months: Headgear, Humidifier Water Chamber, Chinstrap and Non-Disposable Filter (if applicable)
Your Insurance plan will determine when supplies are covered.
Oxygen Therapy Resupply – Supplies for oxygen therapy–such as nasal cannulas, tubing, and filters (if applicable)–can be ordered by calling an Oxygen Supply Team Member at 978-840-0113.
Suggested Oxygen Supply Replacement Schedule:
Weekly: Nasal Cannulas and Oxygen Masks (if applicable)
Monthly: Oxygen Tubing
Diabetes Therapy Resupply – Supplies for diabetes therapy–such as continuous glucose monitor sensors–can be ordered by calling a Diabetes Supply Team Member at 978-935-2525.
Suggested CGM Supply Replacement Scheduled:
Every 10 Days: Dexcom G6 CGM, Dexcom G7 CGM
Every 15 Days: Dexcom G7 15-Day Sensor, FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus, FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus
We cannot send you supplies without your prior express approval; and in some cases your insurance company may require a follow up with your doctor before supplies can be shipped.
